• Do your prices include shipping ? All prices mentioned alongside the digital of the product on this website are exclusive of shipping charges.  Shipping charges get  included when you have  finished shopping and go to ‘check out’. 
   

• Where do you ship from ? We are headquartered in NOIDA – PIN 201 301, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA and all the items are shipped directly from India to you through international shipments.
   

• How do you ship ?  We use various shipping options like EMS, FedEx, UPS . If you have an account with UPS or FedEx, we can send the consignment on "freight collect" basis, if desired.
   

• How long does it take for the item to be delivered ? On receipt of the payment we take up to 4 days to hand over the consignment to the shipping company, for goods that are in stock. Thereafter,  the shipping company will take anywhere from 4  to 7 working days for delivery of your package any where in  the world.

•  Which countries do you ship to ? We ship World Wide by UPS or FedEx.
   

• What is your minimum order amount ? We have no minimum  order amount and honour orders of all sizes and quantities.
  

• What is your order  delivery period for items that may be out of stock ?  If out of stock then the minimum period required to manufacture your order is 15 to 25 working days depending upon the size of the order, from the time payment is received.  The shipping time thereafter is 4 to 7 days, depending upon destination country using UPS, EMS, FedEx, DHL or any other courier company of your choice.

• Do I have to pay any charges other than purchase price and shipping  charge? Since the items shipped to you are part and parcel of international trading, it is possible that you might be charged a Customs Duty by the government of your country. The rules and rates related to Customs Duty would be destination country specific, over which we have no control. However, as your supplier we will ensure that you are provided with all the necessary documentation so that you pay only your genuine custom liability, and are not charged extra.
   

• Do you custom manufacture specific designs  ?   Yes, we can custom manufacture any design of jewelry that is required by you, at the best possible price. All we require is the sample/digital/blue print of the product that you desire.
